Round Break AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:
Audio is streamed directly from your device to Deepgram's API for real-time transcription. We do not proxy, record, or have access to this audio stream. Deepgram's privacy policy applies to that processing. Transcripts are processed locally in your app and sent to Groq's API for AI responses — again, we do not store or have access to these.
Account and usage data is stored securely in our database. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We do not share this data with anyone except as required to operate the service (e.g. Stripe for billing).
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g. billing records).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request this, email us at privacy@roundbreakAI.com.
Round Break AI is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
