By downloading, installing, or using Round Break AI ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Round Break AI is a desktop application that provides real-time AI-assisted responses during interviews. It is provided as-is, for personal use only.
Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time purchases if the app does not work as described. After 7 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, email support@roundbreakAI.com.

You are solely responsible for how you use the App, including compliance with any rules set by your employer, interview platform, or institution.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce accurate results. AI-generated answers may be incorrect — always use your own judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Round Break AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or failed interviews.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused paid period.
The App and its original content are the property of Round Break AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For disputes under ₹20 lakhs, parties agree to first attempt resolution through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
